Question

Question #51 on Part 1 of the test.
-Displacing the punter or kick holder is always a 15-yard penalty and automatic first down.

A player can displace a kicker by either roughing or running into him, so I would assume it would be false, but does someone have a definition in terms of "displacing" another player?

Well this question is covered by 9-4-4. There is somewhat of a definition of displacing on page 66 of the case book at the very bottom 9-4-4 situation F.
