Rules Study Software

I read somewhere (here?) that Athletic Rules Study is no longer around (something about the NFHS pulling rights, not sure). But looking around, I'm wondering if anyone knows of some alternatives?

I know there are study books. But some software, perhaps an app on the iPad, etc. would be useful as well.

Well the NF got rid of their App program for the IPad and Android. They say that they have gone to a eBook version fo the rulebooks, but I have yet to find them.

Otherwise there might be some other tools to use, but right now I am only referring to the rulebooks that were easy to search on the App versions of the rules.

Peace

why are Athletic Rules Study no longer around, are only ebooks and other apps left ? no other choices
Time marches on. Old technology. Plus someone mentioned that NFHS pulled the licensing rights. Its their rules and their copyright.

I imagine you will see something come via The Arbiter in the coming years.

The ARS owner Dave, can't remember his last name, has been working on a new version. I had some email contact with him but can't seem to locate the correspondence right now.
