New NFL Rules

I am working a semi-pro game this weekend. Does anyone know of any new NFL rules. I have found last years rule book and I want to make sure that I have all the rules.

Every league is different but it has been my experience that most Spring/Summer "semi pro" leagues use the previous Fall's (2002) NFL book.

Here's the link to the rule book for the NAFL (Semi-Pro, National organization). Keep in mind that local groups sometimes have some exceptions. In our league, they use NCAA rules with a few NFL exceptions.
