NFHS rules question

2nd and 10. runner advances ball 10 yrds down field, where he is face masked, causing him to fumble the ball. Defense recovers. Where is enforcement from?

The penalty is enforced from the spot where the fumble occurred.

Most people have no idea why we throw beanbags when a player fumbles. That's why.
