Here in Brasil, games are played under IFAF rules and back when that started to happen I was told IFAF used NCAA OF year before

Ex 2012 used 2011 NCAA rules

the 15 yard penalty is enforced from the previous spot, and you award Team B a new series. 1st and 10 for Team B
