Jersey logos or mascots?

I was looking in the rule book to see if their is any rule governing mascots on football jerseys. I am purchasing new jerseys for my football team and I want to put a tiger paw about the size of a quarter on the front of the jersey right below the neck line. Is this legal to do? Any help would be apreciated.

Tom...You might want to get a hold of National Federation. It seems that the manufactures are leaning towards these patches. I could not find anything either in the books.......Larry
