IN '96 I had been out of HS for 21 years and was in my 18th year of working High School Football...

FYI - 1996 was also the first year it was no longer a requirement that FIVE R players had to be within 5-yards of their restraining line on a FREE KICK.

1996 was 15 years ago. Time flies when you are an old timing rule guy.

Anybody know when those stirrup sox in my drawer might make their triumphant return??? :eek:
