How many balls are you allowed to use in a high school game?
Normally before a game our team checks in two QB balls and two kicking balls and everything is fine. At a game two weeks ago, the White Hat told us we could only use two balls for the entire game, period. Is there a rule for this? Another question I have is, when are you allowed to switch balls? Most games the refs want you to use the ball that was used to score the TD with on PAT`s. They will let you bring in an approved kicking ball on kickoffs, punts and FG attempts. At some games they make you punt or try a FG with whatever ball was used on the previous play. These same officials allow a new ball to be brought in on every other play from scrimmage, just not on kicks. What is the official rule? Thanks |

This is common sense stuff within the spirt of the rule. |

The last time I read the rule book, it's one at a time. I think that ref has a problem. Bob |
