Team A scores a touchdown on its first possession of overtime(high school rules). On it's kick for extra point, which was good, team B is called for a dead ball personal foul. Team B is given the ball at the 25 to start it's possession. Is it first and goal at the 25 or first and ten, and the chains brought back out.
