Durham, how has that swtich been for you? I officiate with a few who have done the same thing and they say it gives them a whole new perspective on the game.

Agreed - I'd love to see that to help keep the chains back.

I've only had to throw three SLW flags all season, and nothing with yardage. I threw one each in my first two games of the year, and one last week ago. Coaches have been pretty receptive, and we've been hammering it home during our pregame meetings (both the R's meeting with the head coach and the wing's meeting just before kickoff).
