Ball placement for extra points.
Fed rules:
I wasn't on the game, but this is the situation that was described to me. Extra point, the umpire spots the ball in the middle of the field. Then, A requests that the ball be moved to the left hash. A deadball false occurs on the offense. After enforcement, A request that the ball be placed in the middle of the field. The R denied the request and the ball is on the left hash.
