Psk
4th and 4 Team A punts. During the kick you have a block in the back by R while the ball is in the air and has crossed the NS. K downs the ball and R never touches it. What are K's choices and the rule number?

If the team-R block is more than 2 for NF or 3 for NCAA yards downfield, then team-K has no choices at all as the foul qualifies as a PSK foul and they will most likely enforce it from the spot where the kick ended.
So I guess you can say the choice is to accept or decline team-R's foul. RRef is in rule 10. If the block does not fit the PSK definition for it's location (RRef in rule 2), tyen team-K will want to enforce the foul from the previous spot, giving them a 1st down in your case play. I dont have my books, but why does 3 yards matter, I was under the impression that if you are talking about the neutral zone, even the expanded neutral zone only goes out for 2 yards...
