+POS has a history of poor customer service. Most orders are fine. But when a problem occurs, they can be a real painintheass to deal with.

FWIW, my one and only experience with them was positive. I actually drove to their place, which is near me, and bought stuff and something was on back order and they sent it to me quickly.
I had fewer problems with them than with a certain outfit in Kansas City that I believe has since gone under. But since Honig's is the gold standard as far as I'm concerned, I get everything from them now anyway, regardless of what any other companies do. I just want my life to be as easy as it can be.
