I've been reading over on the baseball side about some guys having problems with customer service from +POS. Has anyone here had similar problems?

REPLY: There have been many complaints posted about +POS in the past. I only used them once many years back and didn't experience any problems.

+POS has a history of poor customer service. Most orders are fine. But when a problem occurs, they can be a real painintheass to deal with.

A good business has good customer support! Theirs is not very good.

FWIW, my one and only experience with them was positive. I actually drove to their place, which is near me, and bought stuff and something was on back order and they sent it to me quickly.
I had fewer problems with them than with a certain outfit in Kansas City that I believe has since gone under. But since Honig's is the gold standard as far as I'm concerned, I get everything from them now anyway, regardless of what any other companies do. I just want my life to be as easy as it can be. |
