I'm looking for all the resources I can find on NFHS football rules studies this off-season. Websites, books, etc. Generally any place I can find case plays.

Is it possible to access an archive of the You Rule feature on the officiating.com site?

NFHS publications are available at http://www.nfhs.com.

There's also a discussion board, similiar to this one. It's at http://www.nfhs.org.

Discussion boards like this are great places to start. The one on NFHS.org is mainly for HS rules. This has a mixture of everything. There are other boards out there too.
