Playoff selection process

I'm told it's a combination of things. Ratings by coaches, meetings attendance, evals (if you get them), service to organization (e.g.: JV games worked), being available for games on unscheduled days, time a crew has been together, and the quality of the crew (although subjective I'm certain this has something to do with it).

One other thing...in NJ we're crew-based. So if you're not part of a full-time crew you will not get a playoff assignment.
