Someone wanted examples to dispel the myth that you penalize them from where it hurts the most.
Add this one: Free kick, receiving team begins the old Cal backward pass routine. Unfortunately, about the third pass was forward at Rs 40. It was completed, with the receiver treating another 10 yards where he is tackled at Rs 30. From where do you administer the foul if accepted?
