Someone wanted examples to dispel the myth that you Â“penalize them from where it hurts the mostÂ”.

Add this one:

Free kick, receiving team begins the old Cal backward pass routine. Unfortunately, about the third pass was forward at RÂ’s 40. It was completed, with the receiver treating another 10 yards where he is tackled at RÂ’s 30.

From where do you administer the foul if accepted?
