I would recommend you contact the Wisconsin High School Athletic Association. I recently moved to CO from KS and the frist step I did was to contact CHSAA. The officials coordinator mailed me all the information I needed to contact people in my area (the area director... we have an association). I contacted him and I just finished a successful second year here.
