On a free kick, if after the ball is posessed by R and during the return we have a block in the back on R and we also have a (5 yard) facemask on K what is the enforcement of the penalty? We had this in a game Saturday and I wanted to make sure we enforced this correctly. Do you offset the penalties and leave the ball at the end of the run? Or do you re-kick? Please help.............

R can decline the facemask penalty and have their block in the back enforced and keep the ball or R can elect to re-kick. K would not have any options.

Correct, or R can take K's penalty, in which we have a double foul, and will replay the down.

Whenever a change in team possession occurs and That team has not committed a foul before the change and then commits a foul they can keep the ball if they decline the other teams foul.

But in this we would have to mark off the block in the back for R to keep the ball correct?

Correct. R must have their foul enforced
