K kicks off from K40. Ball goes 2 yards to the K42 and becomes dead. No one will touch ball. Is it R's ball at the K42 or are there any other options? Thanks

No options. It is a kick that has become dead and neither team is attepting to possess it. Award the ball the R. 1/10 @ K's 42-yard line.
