Out-of-town but from the same state?
1) Terrible mechanics. Nothing good can come out of this. It's just a matter of time before that one problem play eats the wing alive. 2) Never heard of this occuring at the NF level. For that matter not at the NCAA level either. If from the same state, one has to ask where these changes come from.
