Name as many personal fouls as you can that do not involve contact with an opponent, without looking at the rulebook.

There is a whole series of attempted fighting situations - swinging at a player and missing, kicking at but missing, etc. that fit this situation.

Is one taking off a helmet and throwing it at a runner?

I have now looked and see that was one. There are still two out there it looks like.

How about the one you see all the time. Hide the ball under the jersey. Can't ever remember seeing that called. I'll also go out on a limb and say intentional pass interference in the case of face guarding and no contact. Have looked now, so I'm out.
