substitution violation - not leaving huddle immediately

It was called like the NCAA, when the huddle broke and one player went to the sidline. In my game this past Friday, the offense played 4 plays with only 10 players. If I had called a foul when I saw a player from the huddle leaving the field, I would have been wrong since he was the 11th player.
