US Flag Patch - The Official Forum

Just wondering what HS officials are doing with their US Flag patches. I not sure what direction the flag would go. My Millitary flag patches have the stars on the front (twords the heart) on the right shoulder. What would be the correct way on a Officials uniform, stars to the front or rear of the body?
