Just wondering what HS officials are doing with their US Flag patches. I not sure what direction the flag would go. My Millitary flag patches have the stars on the front (twords the heart) on the right shoulder. What would be the correct way on a Officials uniform, stars to the front or rear of the body?

Stars forward ALWAYS.

Right, unless worn on the chest or back, then its stars in the top left. On moving objects the star goes to the front.
