I know in FED and NFL that if you fair catch a punt that you have the option of having a free kick with no rush.

Is this also true in NCAA?

If so, is the kicker allowed to use a tee on the free kick like a kickoff?

Please quote a rule if possible.

Thank you

REPLY: No opportunity for free kick after a fair catch in NCAA. Obviously, second question is moot.
