Has anyone seen the proposed NFHS 2005 season rules updates/changes?

We are about to begin our between season in-service training, and would like to give out this info.

The NFHS Football Rules Committee Meeting was January 8th and 9th but who knows when they will come out with what the changes will be.

I suspect the formalized wording will be published at the NFHS web site this week.
