Fouls on a Scoring Play

First and goal on the B 5. A34 runs for a TD. During the run B91 commits a five yard face mask foul at the two yard line. After the play B's coach runs out to the hash mark arguing for a holding foul, bringing an USC foul on B's coach.

Where do you enforce the penalties, on the try or on the kickoff? Or at all?

At the high school level both penalties on B will be enforced on the try.

At the NCAA and NFL levels I believe that the face mask is declined and the USC is enforced on the kickoff or try depending on what A wants.

There is no 5-yard FM in Canada. They're all 15. Also, 10 yards for OC on the coach.

Both go on the try.
