I'm watching the Colts/Ravens game and one of the commentators called the other guy a true "rules guru" and also referred to him as "mr. rulebook"

All I could do was shake my head.

Now the question is was this "Mr. Rulebook" talking as if he knew the rules??

I didn't see the game. Was it on ESPN? Without knowing I say it's gotta be Joe Theisman...he's the (self proclaimed) guru of all rules gurus. Yeah right.
