Talking

Honest to gosh true story. This is a responce to a thread that was running on the board prior.

Last Friday, I did 2 games in the mud. My pants looked like my shirt. There was mud and dirt all over, not to mention my now mud colored socks.

After the game, I put them in a plastic bag filled wiht water. Left them until Sat. I purchased Oxy Clean Spray. I soaked them in a bucket with water and 1/2 cup of the spray I poured in. They were in there until Sunday. I then sparyed each part of my pants and socks wiht the spray. I washed them hot water. They came out whiter than they were. NOt even a speck of dirt or mud.

I was truly amazed.

Happy cleaning.....

Hot water??? I've never heard of using hot water on refereeing gear. Did it do any damage to the gear, i.e. did the colours run??
