What blocking restrictions are there on K after the ball has hit the ground on an onsides kick (NFHS)?

Can K1 block R1 so that K2 can recover the ball? If not, please tell me where it is in the rule book. I have read the rules book several times and can find nothing that addresses this. An important bet is riding on this one!

Only restrictions are no blocking below the waist or in the back.

NFHS does not have the NCAA rule.

K can't block in the 10 yard zone before the ball is touched.

NCAA, K can't block R until they can legally touch the ball.

Should a R touch before 10 yards be beanbagged?

Do you mean a touch by K? There is no need to bean bag a touch by R, wind the clock and the ball is live for all to recover.
