Unhappy

This crossed my mind earlier and forgot until I ran across it on another site.

We all understand that first touching by K on a scrimmage kick or free kick for that matter before it travels 10 yards allows R to take over possession of the ball from this spot.

Now my question do any of you use the "First Touching" signal to indicate your spot?(which is the same signal as illegal touching in case you did not know)

If yes does the back judge or covering official use it or does the Ref come to the spot and gives the signal?

Just curious see it on TV at the college and pro level was wondering if any feds use it?
