If a formation is ran where there are 5 OL's 1 Wr on the line of scrimmage on 1 side and 3 wr's on the otherside lined up in a straight line one behind the other with the first wr being on the line of scrimmage, are all elgible WR's? QB and RB are in shotgun

Sounds like a standard "trips" formation to me. All three WRs are elligible. Just make sure the 2nd and 3rd WRs are back far enough that their bodies are not breaking the plane of a line drawn through the waistline of a player that is on the LoS. If they're directly behind the WR that's on the line, you should be fine.

Question Is this it?

I am going to assume this is what you are talking about.

WR.00X00..WR
.....Q....WR
..........WR
.....R.....

This is legal.

Peace

If you're asking this, it seems you're making things too difficult in your thinking. It's easy --- how many are on the line? 7 (or more)? Good - formation is legal. Now... all players NOT on the line, and the player on each END of the line, are eligible (assuming proper numbering). Simple.

Don't concern yourself with who's behing whom or what order players are in. Just... who's not on the line, and who's on the END of the line.

Stackem left or stackem right. Add one of the words tight, medium, or wide, and you've got a play called.
"double stack both wide". Now you've got two receicers on either side, out wide, one behind the other,
"Double stack three left, both wide." now you've got all 5 out there with a triple stack on the left side.
All legal formations.
Try this one. "Triple stack left/right both wide" Would this be a legal formation?
