Generally, how does your Back Judge adminsiter the kickoff?
1. What does he tell the kicker?
2. Does he tell the kicker the same thing on every kickoff

We have a few others for preventive officiating.

First, we don't give the kicker the ball until he has 11 players. WE usually say "count your men." Even though it's not a foul to have 10 men we extend that courtesy to both teams.

Also, (in additon to BushRef's comments) we have him say the following...

1) "Put the ball anywhere between the hash marks, once you choose your spot that's your spot."
2) "Mouth pieces in"
3) "Chin straps buckled"
4) "Blocks above the waist" (even though they're not typically blocking)
