If I am reading correctly rule 3 section 4 article 3-i: The clock will start on the snap if the penalty for a delay of game foul is accepted.
Had some discussion on this many of the guys say you start on the ready. Under normal circumcstances when say the 25 second clock just runs out while .trying to get a play off Under special circumstances I feel you start on the ready if the offense is deliberately delay to take advantage of the clock. Comments???
