I agree. But leagues are like finding a good woman. It might take you awhile to find the right one that works for you.

I right now work a league that allows me to work with a crew. Everyone on the crew have playoff experience. We used one guy last year that was brand new, but he got to work with just us all year. And it was 4 man. The only problem I have this year with the league is they will not allow us to have 4 officials. So the newer guy is not working with us. But he does have a kid playing a sport on that day so it is not tragic for him. Not sure we will work it next year. We will just have to see how this year goes.
