I A1 taunts the defense at the 10 yard line going in for a score does the TD count or do you enforce the penalty at the 10 to make it first & 10 at the 25? Or is the unsportsmanship penalty enforced on the try?

In KY, we are to count the TD and assess the unsportsmanship penalty on the succeeding spot: in this case, the try.

Matters not what state you are in, the TD counts with the 15 yard penalty on the TRY (succeeding spot).

here in the GWN, this is Objectionable Conduct, and is penalized 10 yards on the convert or on the resulting kick-off, at the option of the non-offending team. The TD stays.
