I A1 taunts the defense at the 10 yard line going in for a score does the TD count or do you enforce the penalty at the 10 to make it first & 10 at the 25? Or is the unsportsmanship penalty enforced on the try?

In KY, we are to count the TD and assess the unsportsmanship penalty on the succeeding spot: in this case, the try.

Matters not what state you are in, the TD counts with the 15 yard penalty on the TRY (succeeding spot).
