It hasn't happend yet.
During 2004 and 2005 Oregon will experiment with allowing the ball to remain live during a try. The ball will remain live during a blocked kick, an interception, or any other time the defnese gains control of the football. B may score 2 points for a touchdown or 1 point for a safety by A. For more information see OREGON EXPERIMENTAL RULE post below... (Quite a few posts back)
