Punt Catch Rule

NCAA rules.

If the Covering Team Man drives or pushes his blocker back into the Punt Returner, and that player makes contact with the PR or the Punt Receiver doesn't have an opportunity to catch the ball; is it punt catch interference? (the covering team man does not make contact with the returner)
