K kicks ball and bounces on the ground then hits R and goes into the enzone where R picks it up and starts to run out of the enzone where R is hit by K and fumbles in the enzone and is recovered by K. What is the call?

Which I'll assume was a legal punt because of the subject line.
Which direction was it bouncing before it hit R? If it's Fed it doesn't matter, this is still a touchback. In NCAA it might be new force, and then responsibility for putting the ball behind R's goal line could hinge on it -- although that would be immaterial if play continues as described below.
In Fed the status of the ball is still a kick, so it's dead on reaching the plane of the goal line, and a touchback.

In NCAA by the continuation of play described above, it's a touchdown. A player is legally in possession of a ball beyond the opponent's goal line.

NFHS-the ball was dead when it crossed the goal line, touchback. A kick retains the status of a kick until it is either possessed or dead by rule. Force is not a factor because all kicks entering R's end zone are touchbacks.
