During a PAT-
1. the defense jumps offsides (officials blow the wistle a little bit late) 2. the defense roughs the kicker What are the options? What I did was 1. penalized the defense for offsides on the pat 2. penalized the defense for roughing the kicker on the kickoff I beleive both can be penalized on the PAT, but only penalty 2 can be enforced on the kickoff..
