Ed Hoculli

What did Ed do wrong to have the gods for football assign to the Browns at Bengals game today?

Consider the following...
1. Rivalry game
2. Both teams playing poorly
3. When teams play poorly, players start getting chippy
4. Do you have a better suggestion than Hoculli to keep them in line? Even in pads and a helmet, I'm not doing anything to make him angry at me.

Most likely, Ed Honchili who is an outstanding official and a class act, recognizes that wherever he's assigned, the field is exactly the same size, the game needs to be played and officiated the same way, so it doesn't matter to him who's playing and he, and his crew, simply want to do the best job they can.

So he goes where he's assigned.

Points well taken.
