Safety or Touchback

It's a touchback. The offense was responsible for putting the ball in the end zone.

Had the defense intercepted outside the B-5 & continued into the end zone, it would be a safety if the ball became dead there.

And even if it was intercepted inside the B-5 you could have a safety if you don't rule that his original momentum took him across the goal line.
