The est tip I ever got as a white hat was....SLOW DOWN. Slow down when signaling the ready, when administering penalties, when coming up to triangle the ball inside. Your pace should show confidence and purpose, not hurried, not frantic. You dictate the pace at all times.
Oh, it helps to know all the rules and penalty enforcements as well. Rich
