Regarding the site hosting...

Hi, I am the webmaster for the District 7 site. I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I have a hosting related question...

Our site uses frames. Up until now, the officiating.com banner has only shown up on the pages displayed in the main section. Now, my frames are messed up because the banner has apeard in the left frame.

Any help in removing that banner would be much appreaciated.
