1:20 2nd half. Throw-in under pressure. Sure looked like the player receiving the throw-in traveled.

Certainly a travel and looked like an arm went mostly up but then quickly down. A change of heart for some reason.

Yes, a travel....but I guess he didn't slide his pivot foot far enough to meet the arbitrary distance threshold some officials have. :rolleyes:

He may have been straight lined by the defensive player and the offensive outlet. If he would have adjusted a bit he probably would have had a much better look and had the call. He's pretty stock still...
