Why can't they get this right?

I've been watching the Little League World Series and one of their main sponsors is Kellogg's Frosted Flakes. They have been running a commercial that shows short clips of kid's teams from different sports. One of the teams is what appears to be a HS basketball team.

Guess what? Some of the players are wearing "illegal" numbers. What a surprise! When will these darn ad agencies learn?

BTW - I wonder what number Tony the Tiger would wear?
