I got notice today. 4 changes if I remember.
1-on FT, those in marked lane spaces can enter on the release 2-contact dribbler/ball handler outside paint, is a foul to place hand and leave it on; use 2 hands, extend arm bar, use one hand and then again. 3-arm/leg sleeves legal w/in color guidelines 4-something regarding intentional foul but I forgot details these came to my work email which is why I came here to get more details regarding illegal contact/handcheck fouls. Came from a buddy of mine in SD.
